2. Dispatch & Direct Booking Platform
ProServices USA operates as a connection directory linking clients with independent, background-screened local specialists. We match you with available pros but do not directly employ the technicians.
3. Flat Rate Estimates & Payments
Pricing and flat-rate estimates are defined by local package guidelines. Payments are handled directly between you and the dispatched pro upon completion of the service. ProServices USA does not charge booking fees to users.
4. Limitation of Liability
We do not assume liability for any disputes, damages, or quality issues arising from services rendered by independent pros. However, we offer full mediation and a satisfaction pledge to support our customers.
